Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for a return.

  • How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at contact@lunea-home.com with your order number. We will provide you with the exact return shipping address for our warehouse.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. You will need to purchase a shipping label from the carrier of your choice.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
